My xmas stay was amazing! The hotel surely knows how to treat its guests. The breathtaking views from the room and the relaxing atmosphere made it worth every penny. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. I especially enjoyed the mouthwatering food they offered, especially the buffet that had a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The hotel’s central location made it easy for me to visit nearby tourist spots- an added advantage!
Although the hotel was beautiful, I had some difficulty with the language barrier- English was not spoken by most of the staff, but they did try to help as much as they could. the breakfast menu did not cater to international patrons;

The hotel offered a comfortable stay with good facilities and amenities. the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, which made for a relaxing experience. the hotel was also conveniently located, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. the on-site restaurant was also a great feature, offering a variety of cuisine options to satisfy any palate.
One of the main drawbacks was the language barrier, as most staff members did not speak English fluently. the breakfast was also tailored to Chinese tastes, which may not be appealing for international guests.

Good We recently stayed at this venue and were thoroughly impressed by the luxurious amenities and exceptional service provided by the staff. the room was spacious, elegant and equipped with exclusive room advantages that made our stay even more comfortable. the private facilities, including a fully stocked minibar, left us feeling pampered and truly indulged. the hotel's prime location also proved to be an advantage, providing easy access to local attractions.
Bad Although we were amazed by the overall standard of this venue, the only minor issue we encountered was with the service provided. Although the staff were polite and friendly, there were moments where the language barrier made communication challenging which led to some confusion.
